Ashley Road History Discussion

Evening! Many houses on Ashley Road had names prior to numbering systems being introduced. I have several of these already, but today I have come across a new house name. Bristol House. The source is from a Scottish newspaper, The Daily Record, dated 6th September 1905. Can we trace which house this is??? It would be an amazing feat if anyone is able to do it!!

I've found a record that reads 3 Moorland Place, Ashley Road. Does anyone know where that might have been?

I have this picture saved on my computer within my 'Ashley Road' folder, but I can't place where it might be? I'm fairly sure it isn't St Johns Church in the background. Any suggestions?
